- Cartridge Black Konica Minolta Bizhub Bizhub C257i - 2 pcs
- Cyan Cartridge Konica Minolta Bizhub Bizhub C257i - 2 pcs
- Magenta Cartridge Konica Minolta Bizhub Bizhub C257i - 2 pcs

The products must comply with the technical specifications and quantities laid down in the specifications.
3. Estimated value
The estimated value of the supply contract is 5.704,01 lei excluding VAT.
4. Delivery and reception conditions
- The products will be delivered to the Botoșani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 13 Dragoș Voda Street, Botoșani.
- Receipt of consumables will be carried out at the delivery address, on the basis of a receipt-delivery protocol.
5. Procurement procedure
The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, by direct procurement through SEAP catalog, taking into account the estimated value and the subject matter of the contract.
6. How to submit tenders
Interested economic operators are invited to submit a tender containing at least:
- the identification data of the tenderer;
- financial proposal (unit price and total price, excluding VAT and including VAT);
- a technical description of the products offered, clearly indicating the compatibility of the cartridges with the Konica Minolta Bizhub C257i;
- delivery time;
- warranty conditions (where applicable).
Award criterion: lowest price, in full compliance with the technical requirements of the specifications.
