Botoșani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as beneficiary of the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612”, funded under the call PEO/375/PEO_P9/OP4/ESO4.7/PEO_A34 - Digital skills for the job market - Less developed regions, announces the initiation of a direct procurement procedure for the supply of furniture.
1. Subject of the purchase
Providing meals for 14 people as follows:
Product type: classroom/residence table
Quantity: 1 pcs
Minimum features:
Dimensions: 6000 x 1500 x 780 h (mm)
material: MDF
The products are intended to equip the premises used for the specific activities of the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612”.
2. Estimated value
The estimated value of the furniture supply contract is:
20.816,64 lei excluding VAT.
3. Delivery and reception conditions
Place of delivery: the Botoșani Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
13 Dragoș Voda Street, Botoșani.Reception and installation of the furniture will take place at the delivery address.
At the reception, a report will be drawn up on the acceptance of the furniture.
4. Procurement procedure
The procurement will be made by direct purchase using the SEAP electronic catalog,
in accordance with the provisions of Art. (7) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
Interested economic operators must be registered in SEAP and must be able to publish the offer corresponding to the subject of the procurement in the electronic catalog.
5. How to submit a tender
The offer should include at least:
total price in lei (excluding VAT and including VAT),
a description of the product offered, showing compliance with the minimum characteristics required,
delivery time,
warranty and service conditions (if applicable).
Concrete instructions on how to identify the position in the SEAP catalog (product name/identifier number) will be communicated to interested economic operators upon request.
6. Deadline for submission of tenders
Bids will be submitted through the SEAP electronic catalog until 18. 11.2025, 16.00 h :16.00
