At the written request of the companies, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Botoșani will assess the existence of force majeure.
The opinion of force majeure is issued on the basis of supporting documents submitted exclusively by the applicant.
The dossier will include at least:
- the request for issuing the opinion, signed by the legal representative;
- a copy of the contract affected by the force majeure event, including the force majeure clause;
- attestations from the authorized bodies, authorities and institutions, on a case-by-case basis (other than the Chamber of Commerce and Industry), regarding the existence and effects of the event invoked, its location, the time of the beginning and the end of the event;
- notifications addressed to the contractual partner about the occurrence of the invoked event and its effects on the contractual operations.
Documents must be submitted in original or in a copy certified by the applicant. The applicant assumes full responsibility, including criminal liability, for the veracity of the data and documents submitted with the request addressed to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Botoșani for the endorsement of the force majeure event.
Fee : 500 EUR (in lei, at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment)
