Chamber of Commerce and Industry Botoșani, as contracting authority and beneficiary of the project „Digital IQ”, SMIS Code 330612, funded under the call PEO/375/PEO_P9/OP4/ESO4.7/PEO_A34 - „Digital skills for the labor market - Less developed regions”, announces its intention to start the direct procurement procedure for the supply of a mobile phone necessary for the implementation of the project.

Quantity: 1 mobile phone
Purpose: to provide the material basis necessary for the smooth implementation of activities and management of the target group within the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612”.
3. Minimum technical specifications
Cell phone - 1 pcs, with the following minimum characteristics:
storage: minimum 256 GB;
Connectivity: 5G;
RAM: minimum 8 GB;
or equivalent.
4. Estimated purchase value
The estimated value of the supply contract is 4.917,36 lei excluding VAT, funded from the budget of the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612”.
5. Delivery and reception conditions
Place of delivery: headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Botoșani, Str. Dragoș Voda no. 13, Botoșani;
Minimum warranty: 1 year for the delivered product;
Reception and installation will be done at the delivery address, based on:
Minutes of receipt - handover and cell phone installation.
6. Procurement procedure
Direct procurement from SEAP
The procurement will be carried out by direct purchase through the SEAP electronic catalog, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
The contracting authority will select the tender that meets the minimum specifications required and is within the estimated value of the procurement.
