Dragoș vodă nr. 13, postal code 710327, tax code 609667e-mail: secretariat@ccibt.ro is established and operates under Law no. 335/2007 of the Chambers of Commerce in Romania, being a non-governmental, autonomous, non-profit, public utility organization, with legal personality, which represents, supports and defends the general interests of the business community in Botoșani, aiming to promote and develop industry, trade, services and agriculture, in accordance with the requirements of the market economy.
In view of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, we inform you that in order to perform the tasks established by law and to carry out its current activity, including the performance of contractual activities, CCIA Botoșani collects personal data, and in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, CCIA Botoșani is obliged to manage in secure conditions and only for the specified purpose, the personal data provided when accessing the website ccibt.ro.
CCIA Botoșani will process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose mentioned, in compliance with the legal measures of data security and confidentiality.

Your refusal of the collection and processing of your personal data makes it impossible to receive complete information tailored to your needs.
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means.
By reading this note, you give your express, unequivocal, free and informed consent that CCIA Botoșani to record such data and to administer them for that purpose.
Recipients of personal data may be: representatives of CCIA Botoșani, contractual partners of data recording services and services, judicial authorities, central and local public authorities, police, prosecutor's office (within the limits of legal provisions and/or following specific requests), market research organizations (statistical purpose), etc.
CCIA Botoșani uses your personal information to better understand your needs and interests, to communicate with you, in order to provide quality services tailored to your needs.
