The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Botoșani, as contracting authority, intends to purchase, through direct purchase through the SEAP electronic catalog, the following services:

Provision of car rental services within the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612” - PEO/375/PEO_P9/OP4/ESO4.7/PEO_A34 - Digital skills for the job market - Less developed regions.
Type of service: car rental
Quantity: 1 pcs.
Minimum car features:
engine hybrid;
categories SUV car.
2. Purpose of purchase
The services are intended to ensure the material basis necessary for the smooth implementation of the project activities and for the management of the target group involved in the project „Digital IQ - SMIS Code 330612”.

The estimated value of the car rental service contract is 121.800 lei excluding VAT, of which:
4. Service conditions
The price offered will include all costs related to the use of the vehicle:
performance and costs periodic technical inspections (PTI);
RCA, CASCO;
rovinietă;
summer and winter tires, as appropriate;
other mandatory legal fees and costs related to the use of the car.
The car will be delivered to Botoșani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located in:
13 Dragoș Voda Street, Botoșani.
The following will be drawn up on delivery Handover and commissioning report.
5. How the procurement will be carried out
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 7 para. (7) of Law 98/2016, in view of the estimated value and the subject of the contract, the procurement procedure chosen is direct procurement through the SEAP electronic catalog.
Interested economic operators registered in SEAP are invited to:
ensure that they have published in the electronic catalog car rental services which meet the minimum requirements set out in this notice and in the specifications;
to be able to provide, on request, documentary evidence of fulfillment of the requirements.
Proposed award criterion: „lowest price”, subject to full compliance with the technical and contractual requirements.
