Associative organization, democratic by structure, apolitical, non-political, non-governmental, autonomous and of public utility, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Botoșani is constituted by the General Assembly of members on 24.07.1990, and recognized by DL 139/1990. Law 335/2007 - Law of Chambers of Commerce - provides the legislative framework according to which the chambers of commerce in Romania are organized and operate, as well as their duties.
